HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DAY!

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE DAY - 19 FEBRUARY 2010

on a recent visit to the kyalami race track i overheard a famous racing car driver say “what you put in is what you get out”. i think he was talking about petrol, but the same can be said for our bodies…

we all know, cos we’ve been told a zillion times, certain foods and drinks are just not good for our bodies, especially when consumed in large quantities. we also know, cos we’ve been told 2-zillion times, a healthy lifestyle is the way to go.

when i was young my mom would often tell me to get plenty of exercise, drink lots of water, eat my fruit and vegetables, sleep when i was tired, even exercise my brain (who would have thought). blah blah blah i’d say, but dear old mom certainly did, and still does, know a thing or two about what our bodies need for them to work properly.

one thing a healthy body needs is water, and lots of it, 8 glasses per day actually so the experts tell us. you can’t deny that there’s something about drinking lots of water that puts a spring in your step, clears the fogginess from your brain, and makes you feel alive and well, and the world a great place to live in. but let’s face it, water, especially after 8 glasses, can be quite boring…

enter a solution: glacéau vitaminwater. this miracle active lifestyle beverage provides a hydration option like no other. naturally flavoured, no artificial preservatives, loaded with vitamins, and low in sugar and calories. glacéau vitaminwater takes the boredom out of healthy hydration, and is available in six variants, each with its own unique blend of vitamins, designed to support your healthy lifestyle and those of others the world over.

so, happy national healthy lifestyles day from glacéau vitaminwater.

glacéau vitaminwater supports our government on this day by re-iterating the importance of good nutrition, regular physical activity, abstaining from smoking and the abuse alcohol and substances, and practicing safe sex. there you go; some really good advice for exciting times…
