HI HOPES ... a programme and early intervention partner for families of deaf and hard-of-hearing babies and toddlers. HI HOPES provide FREE home-based support (information, contact details, creative stimulation solutions, facts, emotional support, etc.) to families of deaf infants, thus empowering them to know how to live with a deaf baby, how to communicate with them, amplification needs, development needs, how to get them ready for school, etc. ... making the choices they need to make.
