African Tails, a non profit organisation based in the Western Cape saving our street dogs is holding an adoption day this Friday, 29 January at the Constantia Waldorf School, Spaanschematriver Road from 5pm to 9pm. All the dogs have been rescued from the streets and townships in Cape Town and are looking for their perfect home.
The organisation is run entirely by volunteers, who are bound by their love for the uniquely African dog, known as Canis Africanis, which is frequently seen in rural areas and on the streets of South Africa’s informal settlements.

Fetola Mmoho ('Changing Together' in Sotho), and is a business development consultancy with a special focus on working with emerging businesses and community-based enterprises.
We are currently seeking volunteer mentors for small and emerging Black-owned busineses, so it would be fantastic if you would include us so we can put the word out and get people interested in this worthy initiative. The idea is to partner young entrepreneurs with experienced business people to improve the success rate and sustainability of small businesses in SA.
We currently manage training, mentoring and business development programmes for Old Mutual, the Finnish Embassy and the Wholesale and Retail SETA, amongst others. Our motto is 'Changing Lives for the Better. Forever', and this informs all the work that we do!
Please visit www.fetolammoho.co.za for more info, or feel free to give me a shout.
