Customers lodge their complaint online at www.getclosure.co.za.

2 guys from Durban have created a product called CUPL..

CUPL is a Rapid Liquid Dispensing System which allows a single bar-person to pour up to 24 individual 500ml Draught beers/ Soft Drinks per minute.

The prototypes have been in the face of the South African public at various Cokefests, A1 Grand Prix, & SARKS Rugby matches in the past 2 years, & recently won a top SOUTH AFRICAN AWARD for innovation, at an awards ceremony in Johannesburg in February 2009.

The concept that drives the process, is a Vortex shaped nozzle entry into the bottom of a plastic disposable cup & allows for efficient hands-free pouring, & when the fill is completed, the cup, when removed is sealed by means of a silicone valve, much like the kind one finds in some shower gels & honey/tomato sauce bottles.

The concept has been commercialised now by the worlds largest food & beverage equipment manufacturer, namely MANITOWOC/Enodis, who are based in the USA & England respectively.
