Stellenbosch University Alumni and those familiar with the traditions of Matieland will no doubt remember the "Soen in die Laan" (Kiss in the Lane) event when students enjoy one of life's greatest pleasures by locking lips!
This year the event has been marred by controversy as 2 UCT students rocked up to join the party. The problem? They were both male!
