Terms & Conditions – State of Mind
    1.    The competition opens on 01 October 2009.
    2.    The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa except the employees of Brandhouse Beverages (Pty) Ltd. trading as Brandhouse and their respective advertising, media and PR agencies, as well as their family members, consultants, directors, associates and trading partners of such organisations and persons.
    3.    All entrants must be over the age of 18 at the date of entry. Winners will be required to exhibit valid identity documents as proof thereof.
    4.    To enter, SMS your ‘State of Mind’ using the magnetic words on the Cuervo Nation table talker or in your own words up to 160 letters to 33779. No inappropriate words or statements will be accepted.
    5.    Each SMS is charged R1.50, including VAT. Free minutes do not apply
    6.    The Promoter will not be responsible for any non-delivery of entries.
    7.    You may enter as many times as you like but for each entry to be valid, a new ‘State of Mind’ must be sent.
    8.    Each time you SMS in your State of Mind, you will receive a reply SMS requesting your date of birth.
    9.    You must reply to the 2nd SMS with your birth date, in order for your entry to be valid and for your State of Mind to be entered into the competition.
    10.    The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all correct (i.e. followed by a date of birth) entries.
    11.    The Grand Prize winner will be notified telephonically, during office hours.
    12.    The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    13.    Prizes are not negotiable.
    14.    The Grand prize winner will win R50 000 towards their Cuervo Nation State of Mind.
    15.    The organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with any other prize of comparable commercial value.  Prizes are subject to availability.
    16.    Brandhouse reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion, including the prizes, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of its control.
    17.    The participant may be required to take part in publicity and participation in the competition is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. Participants will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of the Promoter.
    18.    Under no circumstances shall the promoter be liable to anyone who enters this promotion for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be  suffered in relation to the promotion, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of the promoter or otherwise.
    19.    The laws of South Africa govern these terms & conditions.
