Alert: It is February......(I hate Feb, it's a lame in-between, stressful, weird month)
Anyway...that aside - IT'S FEBRUARY....remember those New Year Resolutions you made on the 31st of DECEMBER??? Well MARCH called and he's almost here so best you get your ass into gear and get started, get moving! Obviously I'm talking about fitness-based resolutions....if you need to work on improving your spelling, or being kinder to others you're on your own.
So....NO more excuses - it's time to get yo ass to the gym, or on a bike or wobbling on a treadmill.
