I have a small business that manufactures and sells culinary planks and decorative planks. Basically I make wooden gadgets. Our main product is the roasting plank and braai plank. They are roasting dishes made out of solid wood which are pre soaked in water or wine or beer or whatever flavour you want. The food is placed directly on the plank and cooked in the oven or braai. The plank doesn’t burn because it has been soaked and it also flavours and smokes the food in the oven or braai. I also make balancing wine planks which are wine bottle holders that balance upright. I make a single bottle holder, double bottle holder, 4 bottle holder, and 6 bottle holder. I make spaghetti measurer's that measure how much spaghetti to cook for however many people you are cooking for.
