Mandela Day x Rise Against Hunger Africa

Every year on 18 July, people around the world come together to honour the legacy of Nelson Mandela by giving back to their communities.

This year, Rise Against Hunger Africa and 5FM are once again bringing South Africans together for a powerful national meal packaging event in celebration of Madiba’s life of service and the spirit of Nelson Mandela Day.

Register HERE and join us on 17 July at the Sandton Convention Centre from 10:00 AM as we come together to dedicate 67 minutes to packaging thousands of life-changing meals for communities in need.

Adding to the excitement, 5 Mid Mornings, 5 Lunch, and 5 Drive will all be broadcasting live from the event, bringing the energy, inspiring stories, and Mandela Day spirit to listeners across the country.
