Super friendly, life of the party, kind, compassionate and just trying to show up as my best and most authentic self-every day!

I was born in Pretoria, where the rest of my family is from, but raised in Johannesburg.

Born in Atteridgeville, Pretoria, I grew up in Alberton and now live in Randburg.

Growing up in Joburg will have you learn as many languages as you can because of the diverse city it is, right? So, I am Tswana, but can understand pretty much most of all our official languages!

Cape Town truly has my heart when it comes to SA. Abroad, I really enjoyed NYC because of the way it reminded me of the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg, Brussels for their waffles and chocolate (obviously), Paris because who wouldnu0027t love Paris, and Nairobi because Kenyans are just so friendly and welcoming. It reminded me so much of home and just how much I want to travel our continent.

I have quite an insane book collection. I love the outdoors, so will hike on weekends or discover hidden gems just outside of the city. The pandemic turned me into quite the series and movie junkie and I absolutely love discovering new restaurants, because thatu0027s what you do when you donu0027t cook much (eeeeeek!). Can twitter be a hobby? If so, add that to the list!!

Probably bungee jumping! It would take a lot of convincing to make me do it again, but what a beautiful, freeing feeling… even though once was definitely enough.

I grew up in apartments, so pets were never allowed. I still don’t have one now, but I owe it to my inner child to get a cute furry friend one day

I recently got engaged, so right now it’s all wedding planning! My search history and every ad Google serves me is wedding-related.

Oprah, for all the wisdom I’d gain.rnRihanna, because she’s effortlessly cool.rnToni Morrison, so we can talk about every book of hers I’ve read.rnKanye West, because I’d like to hear him out.rnAnd Brenda Fassie, a legend who seemed like so much fun to be around!

The Pursuit of Happyness makes me cry every single time. Schitt’s Creek is my go-to for laughs.

I’d call it urban modern. I’m such a city girl, and it shows in my space. It’s modern and contemporary with touches of industrial influence, all about comfort and not sticking too strictly to the rules. I love plants and art, so there’s plenty of both around.

A quiet island surrounded by endless blue ocean, bottomless cocktails, and no cell phone reception—just pure peace.

I really need to learn how to cook—I’ve avoided this very important life skill for far too long.

I give incredible advice—must be the Virgo in me, or maybe that Psychology undergrad. I’m definitely the friend everyone calls when they’re stuck in a rut. I’m also great at voicing animations—and at least that’s a talent I’ve actually started getting paid for!

Stopping time. Some moments are so incredible you just want to pause and live in them for a while.

Pretty much everything my fiancé watches, which is… everything! But my personal top three are soccer, Formula 1, and tennis.

Women empowerment, especially for young girls. Mental health awareness and access to help for those who can’t afford it. And access to quality education—particularly higher education—for South African youth. Everyone deserves the chance to learn, grow, and build a life doing what they love.

Running my first half marathon.rnA trip to Croatia.rnStarting an organisation that teaches young girls how to code and equips them with digital skills for the future.

I hate inequality. If everyone had equal opportunities—regardless of gender or background—life would be so different. I can’t stand unkindness, arrogance, or people who judge others for simply being themselves, like in cases of homophobia. The world would be a much better place if we were all just a little kinder.

Love. Kindness. Coffee. My family. And Wimpy cheeseburgers (seriously, they’re the best and nobody gets it!).

5FM is such a dream come true! Getting to set the tone for the day every single morning is a huge responsibility but also such a privilege. I love engaging with people from all walks of life—and being a morning person definitely helps!
