Johannesburg, 8 October 2026 \u2013 5FM<\/b>, South Africa\u2019s favourite youth radio station, is proud to once again stand with Breast Intentions<\/b> for the annual Breast Intentions Colour Run, Ampli5d by 5FM<\/b>, taking place on Saturday, 17 October 2026<\/b> at Thaba Eco Trails<\/b> in Johannesburg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

This vibrant, family\u2011friendly 5km walk and run is more than a feel\u2011good day out. It is a movement with a bold mission.<\/p>\n

Breast Intentions is committed to funding 100 life\u2011saving mammograms<\/b> for women in under\u2011resourced communities and every ticket sold helps to make early detection possible. Early detection saves lives<\/b>, and this event gives young South Africans a chance to make a practical, meaningful and potentially life\u2011saving difference.<\/p>\n

5FM will be amplifying the energy on the day with a live broadcast from 5 Weekend Breakfast <\/b>with Mike V, Palesa Lemeke and Aaron Masemola - bringing the colour, music and cause championing spirit straight to the 5 Nation across Mzansi.<\/p>\n

Participants can expect a scenic trail<\/b>, colour powder stations to brighten themselves up in support<\/b>, food and drink stalls<\/b>, DJ entertainment<\/b> and an electric atmosphere designed to celebrate women, wellness and hope.<\/p>\n

Tickets are available via Breast Intentions and Thaba Eco Trails platforms. Every entry directly contributes to the Give Hope. Fund a Scan<\/i><\/b> campaign.<\/p>\n
